I just installed a JLT High Boost intake with a slot style MAF and had the car retuned for this upgrade. After a short drive home the Cobra started idling real rough between 7000k-1000k RPMs, almost felt like it had cams in it or had a miss fire, I took it back down to my tuner where he did as much adjustments as he could and its alot better but it's still a little rough. He said the MAF my be faulty but I cleaned it and it looks brand new so I'm not sure if this is a common issue with this setup. I dont know if I spend 250 on a new SCT slot style MAF, any suggestions would be great

I'm guessing you mean it doesn't idle better. Usually if you unplug it and it idles better then the MAF is the problem. If the idle doesn't change then there's some other issue. And if it ran ok for awhile then started to act up then something else happened. Check your vacuum lines and make sure everything is tight. Start with the simple stuff. I'd even check the COPs and plugs.
