They didn't do a visual where my friends and I took our cars to. It's right off of 33 in Monmouth county inside of a DMV. And the whole thing took literally 2 minutes. Yes the process is a joke. Just trying to help out, you don't have to listen.

My Evo went threw no cat. The guy gave me shit about it but it passed
I guess I should have updated this....
I went to the MVC place in edison, the one commonly referred to as kilmer. They actually had a camera that looked underneath the car before they even plugged it in for the OBD II test. So I was really biting my tongue on that because I watched as the guy saw I was missing 2 cats and saw the obvious chunk of replacement pipe, followed up by him looking really confused over my aero turbine mufflers. They tested after and I passed though, so I'm good til 8/2013.
