I have to install a set of shorty headers on a friends 08 Mustang GT for a little cash, hard hard should they be to install?

if he's your friend, id tell him that shorties are a waste of money, and to get some longtubes.
that being said, you will probably have a little difficulty removing the header bolts, but other than that it probably wont be that bad

The job wasn't that bad at all. It was for a girl I knew, she just bought the headers and a off road x-pipe and gave me a call asking how much for install. She already had the parts I didn't bother telling her to get the long tubes instead.
