Client brought his ‘proper British sports car’ in for a little love. Vehicle sat at the airport for a week and was covered in bird droppings…I mean like a flock of pterodactyls circled over it and covered it. He was kind enough to have the exterior cleaned, but it was in every crack, crevice, body panel/line, well you get it. It also had a few nice little compost piles started under the bonnet…piles of leaves! Paint was full of swirls, holograms, and some deeper scratched which all but the most sever were removed. This cat came out very nicely, and I enjoyed working on the super soft paint!

The ‘details’:
McKee’s37 APC—A TON OF IT.
Adam’s shampoo.
McKee’s37 iron remover.
Adam’s wheel cleaner and tire and rubber cleaner.
McKee’s37 Hydro Blue.
Master Blaster to dry.
DeFelsko PTG.
Scan grip lighting.
Flex 3401, pixie and Rupes iBrid.
LC Force Hybrid pads.
Griot’s FCC and Perfecting Creams.
Optimum panel wipe.
22ple Mistico Elemento Forte.
GYEON Tire.
Auto Finesse glass cleaner.
Mckee’s37 interior detailer.
Metro vacuum.

Thanks for looking!

:iagree:
Metallic black looks great, especially after AutoDermatology treatment.

Not sure I'd call it a "proper British sports car" with only two pedals, however.

Thanks everyone! The 'proper' sports car was a quote from my client!

A shame they don't make them with a manual!

Thanks again all!

Nice work, Scott. Good looking Jag. Now it looks.....PROPER.

Question, what is "soft paint"?

Thanks T, did not know that! That would make those cars a blast!

Bob: soft clear or the paint itself. Usually corrects very easily, but is very finicky for the final polishing, and even can mar with wiping off residue with your microfiber towels.
