I just discovered my trusty Sears 3 ton will not fit under the side of the Cobra

Any recommendations?

Not trying to be wise, but isn't it obvious? Get a smaller jack.

I have a small 2-ton. use it to lift from the jacking points, which gets the car high enough so I can slide my 3-ton under the front cradle, rear jack pad area. Leave the small jack where it was, because when you lower the car, you will need that height to remove your 3-ton.

Another option is to use ramps, then jack the car higher with the 3-ton.

Totaled Check out Texas Mustang Parts They sell jacking rails, they weld up just behind the lip that hangs down and flush with it so it doesnt show, when installed you can jack your car up from anywhere on the side.
