Hey SVTP, I was grinding out 3.8" as instructed to allow for me to install my 15% IW OD pulley. While doing this, I missed the part where it says that it has to be ground down within .070" of the surface. I instead ground it down to be perfectly flush with the surface. While grinding outward, I was making progress when I saw a hole begin to form. I don't know if I messed up or what....as in I don't know if this is salvageable or not...I still need to go just few mm more (mainly to square off where I have grinded).
Here is an image of what I am talking about (and yes I didn't do the prettiest of jobs):
Am I screwed here or can I just fill the hole (which will eventually be a little bit bigger) with rtv or something? I still have to grind just a little bit more.
