Well, I put the fender panels in, get it running and then a 24lb injector takes a dump. Upgrade to 30's since it was running real lean from 4500 on and dialing in fuel pressure just made things worse at idle. So, I get a set of 30's and an old Pr0-Flow meter and the car ran like poop. I basically became so pizzed off at fuel injection crap that I sold my Holly upper/lower and everything EFI (including computer.)
Next direction will be carb. and decent manifold. I did overheat the car big time right before I sold everything so I said "what the heck, I pull the motor every three months to begin with" and took it apart. Plan is to get block checked, new cam bearings and punch it out .030 over. Will be re-using crank and rods.
