well after new pumps, new adjustable regulator, swapping out the IAC it came down to one thing. the 820ohm dropping resistor for the fuel pumps was smashed up and no good. got the new one on tonight and took it out for a run and it seems to be fine.

How'd you find it?
my buddy got on alldata through his works password and stuff and we looked at the wire diagrams for the fuel system and started takeing some readings. we were getting power through the ground when there shouldnt of been any(something like that)... so we found a dropping resistor for the ground in the wire diagram and took a look at that and then we found the smashed resistor.
