Issue with billet pro shop fuel rails...

Ok im having a little issue. Just picked up a cj intake and have it on the car. The fuel rail spacer sits up a little too high and when i go to tighten the fuel rails it starts pulling away from the inj. Has anyone else seen this issue?? I could just cut the spacer down but id rather not if i don't have too. Maybe there is a issue with the rails.. any help would be appreciated..
