Isolators

I'm planning on lowering my 13GT on BMR springs, Koni STRs, with J&M plates. I don't want to take the stock front struts apart. I've looked everywhere for just the isolators and/or sleeves from Ford. Does anyone know where I can find and buy just those parts and if those are the only parts I need?

I don't know, never took a stock strut apart. I know there is a sleeve that suppose to be transferred from the stock springs onto the aftermarket ones. I can't find that. I read in the comments that someone used the isolator on a 13 mustang, but do the front struts even use those?
