Is there anyway to check this first????

Is there anyway to check to see if my clutch is 26 spline before I remove the transmission? I know it has a DFX, but don't know if it is 10 or 26 spline....It started slipping real bad when you hammer on it the other day, so I am going to replace it....but would like to order prior to tearing it down....
