I'm going to be putting a 2.8 pulley on and wanted to know if you can dial the boost on a supercharger. During normal driving conditions I want to boost the stock PSI and be able to dial up to the max when I want. Can this be done without changing the pullies? Thanks.

Oh ok, thanks. I just don't want to kill the motor so quickly. Can it handle 14PSI for a long time?

It will all depend on how much your in it, and the safety factor of the tune.

Just because your car can make 14 psi, does not mean your driving around with 14 psi. Your only at that at WOT.

You can control you boost with the throttle. If you only want 8 psi with a 2.8 pulley, push down on the accelerator until the guage reads 8 psi.

Ok,cool. Should I install a aftermarket boost guage or will the stock guage read that far?

an aftermarket will give you the most accurate reading, but the stocker should suffice

Is it hard to install the overlay? How much of pain in the a$$ is it to get the cluster out?
