Is my clutch toast?

This problem has gradually escalated over the past month or so. Please watch the video to understand.
My Cobra has 65K miles and is on, what I think is, the stock clutch.
First pull was in 4th. The RPMs shot up and my MPH went up a tad. Dropped it into 3rd and the same thing happened.

Definitely time for a clutch upgrade. Might as well do a 26 spline input shaft since your trans will be coming down.
