Is my 7 yr. old tune still good?

I bought my Cobra in 04 and put the KB 2.6 with all the supporting mods in 06. My question is its been almost 7 years as my daily driver.(81,000 miles) Do I need to have my tune tweaked periodically since its been so long or is a tune a tune and it never changes? The car was tuned by Manny at HPP Performance.

I thought the half life of a tune was 4 years? :shrug:

Datalog the car, and see if everything is still within parameters.

I can't view that link...and it's all about power:weight ratio. 330hp in a gutted civic is pretty potent.

I am not sure I would worry about the tune if you have been doing proper maintenance on the car. I would make sure the injectors are clean and the maf. Put some plugs and a fuel filter in it and you should be good! Nice work with 80k on a Kenne Bell Cobra!

Sounds like a good tune to me
