lol... That is very strange. Also kind of strange that Ford owns Aston Martin these days.
I think Ford was trying to base the fog light things off of something like this...
But I have to say the Aston in that pic looks a hell of alot closer than the front of any 69 does.

Maybe ford took some styling q’s from that Austin Martin because most of the car’s looks resemble the 05 mustang
