Has anyone been able to sort out an new inner tie rod for the IRS cars? I got new outters off rockauto but can't find an inner and have a ton of play on one of mine. There has to be some solution to this problem. TIA for the help

It's been a long time since I've seen the stock tie rods. The inner is basically a heim joint right?

heim inner with rubber Boots and threaded rod for outer. they're very nice

if I could find them cheap I'd replace mine too. the rod is seized. I'll probably end up with aftermarket ones next time I get a alignment.

I know they're aftermarket companies that supply them but im cheap and only have one bad inner. If i can find a bolt on solution for 20-40 bucks instead of $240 I definitely will lol.

I'm wondering if you can buy the replacement from FTBR? Or if you can figure out the size and thread pitch you can probably source them online.
