I found a smoking deal on a 03 IRS and snatched it up today. I will go through it and replace the bushings before I install it but it seems to be in phenomenal condition.

Very nice, I put an 03 IRS in my 92 Notch and I highly recommend doing at a minimum ALL the bushings while it's out. I did Prothane Poly bushings everywhere and it really helps with the wheel hop without adding too much NVH.

What are you guys paying for these IRS's?

Seems like even the junk 03/04 units are a lot of money these days.

Fun stuff. Put a 30k-mile ‘04 assembly in my ‘96. Anxious to see how it handles as I’ve never driven an IRS swapped SN95. Paid $1700 with freight almost 2 years ago. I think the FTBR order with rotors, tie rods, diff cover, bushings and all was more than the assembly.

Ur gonna be happy with it I believe. There's a noticeable difference between my 98 Cobra and 03 Cobra on the back country roads.
