Guys and gals... I'm going to be intsalling MM coilovers in the near future and was thinking about replacing the IRS bolt to avoid it rubbing against the inner tires.

Where should I get a shorter bolt, and where are there instructions?

Eh. I've got the button head bolts from steeda. It came with the kit so that's why I put those on.

Most everybody else just shaves .25 an inch from the head.

What wheels and tires (sizes as well) are you running??

Machine your bolt or buy a set from MM.

Instructions: Unbolt rear IRS subframe bolt, install new bolt, torque to 76 ft/lbs.

Running 18x10 wheels with 295/35/18s in the rear.

Want to go 305 in the rear, maybe.

I don't think you are going to have any bolt issues. Once you are lowered, the bolt will just sit further inside the wheel.

I run 17x10.5's and did not require spacers or bolt machining.

P.S only time you need to even do THAT is when you run a 315

anyone know what the specs are on the subframe bolts....there are several industrial supply places around that I can get them from locally for a lot less than $10
