investing in gold/silver

for those who are doing this, are you buying into a company through stocks or are you purchasing physical gold/silver?
i thought about getting into silver since its cheaper and im on a tighter budget.

Yeah silver has been going through the roof!!!

To give you an idea were it could go..the classic ration between gold and silver is 1/16th..meaning silver is 1/16th the price of gold. Obviously....ITS NOW WHERE NEAR THAT NOW! Gold is currently around $1390.00 an once. That would put Silver around $90 an once.

yep buying silver now you could possibly double to triple your investment acording to what you said about $90 but the market has been up and down the whole year so who knows what it will do.

1100 ounces of silver
7 ounces of platinum

my hedge fund has the following gold and silver mining stocks in it:

El Dorado Gold (EGO)
Silver Wheaton (SLW)
Silvercorp Metals(SVM)


i also own stock in my competitors oil and gold hedge fund (GGN)
