I was very excited to see this Bullit when i was contacted for an appointment. It did not dissapoint. The car was modified with a Roush 2.1 litre twin screw blower. Roush suspension goodies, and i believe a shifter. The car was very dirty and has just traveled some 1500 miles to it's home here in Florida. After the owner stressed his biggest pet peeves it was off to work for me. here are some initial pics of the the filthy beast.

the car was washed several times with dawn using the two bucket method.

it was then dried and clayed using clay magic clay and dawn suds as lube. i find this works well as you can just rinse the car off and not worry about clay residue.

just some pics of APC doing its thing on some area's i decided needed more scrubbing.

After:

the wheels were cleaned with APC and Elbow grease, then waxed with megs nxt2.0. tires were then dressed.

The car was then corrected using Menzerna SIP on an orange lake Country Pad. Final Polishing was with meg's #205 and a sonus white pad.

here is a 50/50 shot of the two polished steps. the left side has not been polished notice the hollowgram on the lower left.

Great work man! Looked like it wasn't that bad of a shape under the dust/dirt, what did you use to clean the scuff's on the center console?

What's with the faint buffer trails on the rear 1/4 behind the wheel well here...hopfully just lighting or a "before" shot. Kind of looks like something reflecting from the floor...

And yeah...I'd kill ya for the decal if you left it on there ;-)

Car looks great! Wish Ford had kept Vista Blue or TrueBlue in the lineup for the Bullitts though.
