96+ internals are stock(not forged) correct ?? only thing forged is the Crank correct ?? and do you think the internals could take a PTK at 15psi ??

The forged crankshaft on 96-01 was strong enough to be carried over on the 03-04 cobra's, but the 96-01 cast pistons and rods are too weak for high boost or nirtrous aplications. The stock connecting rods on 01 and earlier cobras often fail at mid beam and window the block when subjected to alot of boost and RPM's
