This was made to bolt in place of the washer fluid tank. It needs the hole cut for the fill cap and holes also cut for the fitting to put it in-line with the rest of the coolant system. This was one of those little projects that got pushed to the side and then I ended up selling the truck.
It fit great in the truck. The bolt holes in this tank match the washer fluid tank bolt holes. I think it will fit right at a gallon of water/ice.
Instead of spending a ton of money on one, buy this one and spend a couple of hours finishing it. May end up with a hundred or so bucks in it total.
It is made out of 6061 Aluminum. It has been completely welded up. Welds all look good. It could be polished or anodized easily.
