Intercooler Sealant ?

What type of sealant to use between intercooler and s/c and what type of lube is used in the rotor pack bearings?

Don't know about the lube. I used Permatex Red High Temp RTV Silicone Gasket Maker to seal the I/C to the Eaton.

That sounds like a good choice, I origionally had this done by an installer 5 days ago and I am swapping back to orig case (doing myself) got it dissambled and couldn't find info on lube for bearings or the sealant. So tonite its off to Walmart for sealant,by tomorrow I will have the answer on lube to complete this task THX.

I have heard Mobil 1 Synthetic lube works good!!

I used Slick 50 lube with the ptfe additive. Hope it gets the job done. If I hear any funny noises from the s/c I will try the Mobil 1 next time....
