Intercooler Relay ticking??

Was out cleaning the Cobra as usual and I turned the key on and I heard a ticking,opened the hood and the fuse box by the MAF is ticking.

Is it supposed to that before it's started?

I've never noticed it doing that before.Is something wrong?Kinda sound's like a blinker relay.

It sound's like a turn signal flasher.

It did but after I reinstalled it the same thing?

relay is sticking...it's just a mechanical device

AFAIK, that is a standard Bosch-type relay and can be replaced by a generic version which costs a few bucks
