Just finished her up.
Had to really widen the opening to clear the 3" pipes going to and from the thing.
Im pleased with the results though.

Intercooler size is 31"x12"x4"

Thanks.
Im really not sure about the numbers to be honest.
Im gonna tune myself with a series 4 PMS and i have a wideband gauge.
Im sure it would have to be in the 700ish region.
Now that ive finshed the headers and checked them i gotta pull the kit and send them out to be coated somewhere.

Prolly going with the black 2000 degree coating.
Now that ive finished my intercooler install and can continiue bulding the rest of my cold side.

that looks awsome man:rockon: i remember spending my whole winter break from school tearing apart my GN and getting a untouched ford powerstroke intercooler to fit and then make the piping all 3 inch was real fun.

Thats HAWT... Is that an HP kit?

No...i guess you could called it a hybrid kit now.
Drivers side is from one place , the passenger side i did myself.

It located in a similar spot to the HP kit.
I had to do it this way as my motor is set further back than normal which means there would be no room for a big downpipe to drop down between the last primary and the firewall.
Mounting the turbo left to right enabled me to use a bigger downpipe and have it routed below the header rather than on the top.
