Interchangable Pillar pods?

Anyone know if verts and hardtops have the same size pillar?Just wondering if i can interchange pillar pods,not the whole pillar but the screw on ones.I have heard you can but just want some confirmation.

If its just a bolt on one you shouldn't have any problems. They did have different pillars but just bolting one on to one it won't matter.
