Intake Porting

I'm wanting to get my intake manifold ported or honed( 01). Have any of you heard anything on Extrude Hone or Fox Lake or had anything work done there? If so, was there any realize gains?

i've heard a couple guys in Louisville got theirs ported by Chuck (not sure where he works, but he does wonders w/ LS1 heads)...if you go on www.502streetscene.net/forums and PM yellow98cobra (his name is Paul), i know he knows the best place to go in that area....
