Intake/Blow-off valve issue, HELP...

i have a 98 Cobra with Procharger P1SC(10lbsboost) with Xpipe,catback,MSD ign, MSD wires&coils, 3:73's and acouple other odds and ends. I've had the problem of my discharge tube going to throttle body has been blowing and popping off! It was very annoying! So i rivet'd the upper clamp to tube and same at bottom of tube. It didn't pop off anymore, however i did alittle test. I Rev'd up the engine around 5/6k, the upper discharge tube going to TB blew up like a balloon!!! I hear the stock blow-off valve working but i don't think its working properly or not bleeding off the air fast enough!?

Does anyone have any thoughts or ideas???

Maybe i should upgrade to the nice red blow-off valve from procharger? If so, does anyone know where i can get it cheaper than $400 from procharger??

I take it that all this happening when you get off the gas? and not when you mashing the peddle down. If so then it is time for a bigger BOV...
