I just ordered a new set of seat belt loops to install in my '99 Cobra. The stock ones don't play nicely with the CDC light bar; so I ordered a swet oof Rousch loops.
My question is this, how do I go about taking the headrest out, so I can remove the torx screws and install the new loops?

Get a socket bit drive for a 1/4" rachet and use that with the proper torx bit to remove the screws. No head rest removal needed. It'll take some work but you'll be able to get them out this way.

I removed mine from my car, they might be alittle more useful to have them on a vert. hth

Allright! Thanks!.....This one falls into the "Now why didn't I think of that?" Catagory! But of course, that's what makes this site so dang cool; if you get frustrated or "dead-ended" on a project, you simply type in a question, go watch television for a while and come back to find a solution....
