Finaly received the hellions with 62 CEA billet

Time to install those babes and I want to make sure its done right, Currently the car has a 2.76 upper, LT, Throttle body and Plenum.

The LT will have to go off as for the rest it should be fine.

I'd also like to know what else is needed with the install ? I bought a complete kit from hellion.

Maf sensor ?
Fuel system ?

Did anyone do the install with cancelled BOVS ?

Thanks

Cancelled BOVs?

Are you running this as a compound setup?

You are going to need some serious fueling.
MAF upgrade
Clutch/input shaft upgrade
Good tires
Boost controller
Some really good Tuning
Stock exhaust manifolds and gaskets
I would recommend welding the bungs to the oil pan instead of the punch and tap method

+1 on the cancelation of BOV...

Are you planning on that air going through your bypass valve?

For added protection against turbo surge I would definitely add BOVs considering you said you want things done right.

What octane fuel do you plan on running? And what numbers are you looking for?

Decided to keep the Blow off valves.

I already got me a boost controller and I will be using nothing less than a 93 octane.

I am not shooting way HIGH RWHP as the internals are still stock. but how much do you think is safe to run the streets with reasonable power ? I will be tuning on a Loaded Dyno jet.

So the only thing missing is the Maf sensor..

"HIGH RWHP" as in 1,000+?

The MAF is not the only thing that you're going to need.

If you're looking for a reliable street car with loads of power I would shoot for around 700-800 hp @ around 20 psi. To achieve anything like this you're going to need fuel upgrades. Your stock pumps will not be able to support that power (probably even with a BAP). You will need new injectors; ID1000s would work, and probably should get new rails. If you're looking to make big power you might as well convert into a return style system. One of Lethal Performance 1000+ HP kits. As for the MAF I'd recommend a Diablosport MAFia. They work well and are easy to adjust.
