Since I've kinda changed direction with the interior of the car, I wanted something less obtrusive than the 5" monster tach & shiftlight. My car is a street car so I decided that the factory tach was good enough, but really liked having a shiftlight. I started looking around at different models & decided on a Raptor dual mode (gen 2) shiftlight. Black housing with blue LEDs. Man that sucker is bright! The launch mode is a nice feature for the occasional spirited take offs too ;)

Please excuse the dust - planning to detail her tomorrow
The light isn't on in these pics, just a flash reflection.

The raptor is a really nice, compact light. We have one in my wife's WS.6. Its mounted on the column, and you dont even see it unless your either looking for it, or its lit up.

Hey, you stole my mounting location!!!!

Hahaha, joking, but if you go to their site, my mustang is the one pictures with it mounted just like that. It's been there since like 02 or so, and still works great.

edit: those ****ers took down my pics. :(

edit2: found the pics on my HD

I guess I'm gonna install one on mine. I'd probably put in the a/c vent.

Thanks y'all!

looks good. did you screw the holder in or use double sided tape.

3M double sided tape. I didn't wanna drill the cluster bezel.

Great location lol I almost mounted it in the bottom corner of the windshield on the a pillar, but decided to keep it right in front of me...glad I did because I'm really happy with it where it is.
