Installed Firewall adjuster and now have a noise

I installed a MM firewall adjuster and clutch quadrant and now when I push on the clutch there is a squeak coming from the firewall adjuster area. Any idea what that could be and how do I get it to stop squeaking when I push down on the clutch pedal?
