Installed boss clutch onto gt, now harmonic vibration? Help!

Yesterday I installed a low mileage boss302 clutch, pressure plate and flywheel onto my 2012 gt. Seems that the clutch only lines up on the flywheel in one direction but I could be wrong. Started the car and there was an instant vibration at different RPMs. Is the clutch balanced to the crankshaft on a boss? Or should it be able to be a direct swap in?

Should just be a direct bolt in

The Mod Motors are neutral balance so it should not really matter what way the clutch was installed on the fly wheel.

Did you make sure the clutch was flush with the flywheel after you torqued it down?
Did you remove the flywheel for any reason?

Boss pressure plate won't mate to the gt flywheel, different dowel pins. Installed both of them as a unit and the pressure plate only goes a certain way for the bolts to line up. Did a crank relearn as well.
