Yesterday afternoon I install the new ford racing diff cover. After I torque down all the screws, I forgot that I didn’t back out the load bolts all the way. So last night, I back out all the bolts and got the load bolts backed out and retorque. My question is, the rtv sealant was sitting for about 5-6 hours. I know it take 24 hrs to cure. Do you think the rear differential will still be sealed or should I just remove and start over?
