Installation of a K40 "stealth" unit???

Anyone do anything neat or out of the ordinary on the installation of one of these?? I really don't want to hack the Cobra up with placement of the Light, so I'm thinking I want to have that in the Instrument cluster area... But I want to hear what you have done.

K40 blows, and their laser "defuser" does not work. Save yourself a headache and get either a Valentine 1 (have a shop do a stealth install in the rearview mirror if you can find one in Chicago that'll do it, or if the mirror is not auto-dim, PM me about doing a stealth display) or do the Escort 9500ci.
