I am switching to a 15% lower pulley. Like the title states this is only the outer pulley not the dampener.

You would need the balncer part of the pulley. This would work geat for someone with a 10 or 15% lower pulley but has a bad outer pulley (ribs chipped) let me know. I will have the pulley off the car next week ready to ship. Thanks guys
