Okay so neither of my laptops have a 9 pin serial port. Instead of spending $20 on a serial to usb adapter plus another $12 for the 2.5mm to serial cable(Bought LC-1 used) can I just use one of these?? I know its a shot in the dark but figured Id ask around before spending the money for two different cables if just one could be used.
