inner accessory belt removal

I did a search and found some links but I have some ?s. Do you have to remove the auxilliary crankshaft pulley to get the belt off? Is there an easy way to get the inner accessory belt off? If so, can you please detail it. I tried to fix my squeaky belt and it did not work so I am going to just replace it. Any help would be appreciated! This is for an 04 cobra!

there's no 'easy way' ..... lower pulley has to be removed
