Has anyone ever lunched a blower so hard that the pieces made it into the engine? I run a 2.80 and I'm paranoid but I think it may be making noises. I realize that the intercooler will "filter" out the big pieces but if the rotors are touching I could live without the shavings going into the engine. If the bearings just fail I could give a crap. I'll just buy another huffer.

Anyone, anyone? Bueler, Bueler?

I can't really see that happening.. chances are low, I think if anything is small enough to travel past the intercooler and I had trouble getting carb spray through it to get all the oil out during the KB install, it would just sit in the bottom of the intake and not cause a problem from the looks of it.
