Im sitting in the drive through at McD's on lunch. Minding my own. I look up and the ass clown infront of my all of the sudden has his reverse lights on. So I honked....the ****er didnt even look back, look in his mirror or anything. Bumped right into me. Scuffed the shit out of my bumper cover.

I will say this, hes lucky I had my work shirt on and everyone was looking at us cause I honked.

The last thing I would have needed was to get fired for laying some idiot out while on lunch. :bash:

my boss says it will probably buff out, but to me thats not the deal...

I would have kicked his ass anyway. I was sitting in the drive thru at a local TacoBell one night with my g/f and a couple friends when we all feel the car lunge back, I was like WTF, b/c my car was in park and the guy in front of me gets out to my door and starts yelling at me asking why I hit him, so I proceeded to show him that my car was in park and that he hit me, so my girl picked up the phone and said she was calling the police when he jumped back in his car and left, only reason I didn't get all bent out of shape was b/c this was before my car was painted and I had a bra on it to cover up all the chunks of paint missing on it.

Fresh outta High school (awhile ago) had my GT for 3 months or so and 3 blocks from my house on the way to Milan, some dumbsh!t in a full size van decides he wants to be in my lane. My front bumper was slightly ahead of his and he just plows into me.
I was so pissed. I couldnt even open the door so I rolled down the window and jumped out. I went to the guys van and opened the door for him and proceeded to grab him and throw him out of the van. Next thing I know a police officer drives by and asks me "What are you going to do beat him up? GO SIT DOWN AND WAIT FOR A OFFICER TO MAKE A REPORT". Should of figured as I was 1/2 block from the station. Oh well. The police made a report as him being totally at fault and no one ever mentioned the whole thing about him being yanked from his van. I did have the intention of hitting him but glad I didnt. I am glad the officer was cool that drove by and that he did drive by stopping me from doing anything else that I would of regretted.

It's the New World liberal socialist viewpoint that nobody has any responsibility for their actions, but everybody has to pay higher insurance rates and if there's an accident, everyone gets fixed up. Net result: Good drivers pay more and bad drivers pay less (and are allowed to continue driving).

For those of you that would physically assault someone that accidently hit your car you are assuming you would win the fight with a stranger! Maybe one of you would wind up getting your ass handed to you!

My interpretation exactly on "no fault"....Massachusetts was/is a no-fault state when I bought my first new truck....the first insurance statement made my eyes bug.

$900+ every six months for full coverage in 1986 for a Chevy S-10 4X2 Auto.....and they wanted to raise rates 30% not long after that...!:nonono: :nonono:

And how do you know what the guy looked like? Dont assume this guy is a moron that would look at a 280lbs 6'3" defensive back and say he could lay him out. Similar thing happened to me once but the insurance took care of it...It was kind of bad though, i mean my scenario....it was an old lady with an oldsmobile.......how much did u end up paying for the repair jobs?

Sorry about your car... at least you caught him.. my mom had that done to her 00 528i, and the person left no note, no nothing, period. People ANY kind of car all the time regardless if it's moving, someone's in it, or it's parked.

true story: this girl I have been friends with for about 2 years now, when she tries to parallel park, she always hits the car in back of her, and says "okay! i'm in", and moves forward a little bit to make sure it doesn't look like she hit the car behind her. I hate it. I refuse to ever get in the car with her because she's a horrible driver.
