Imrc's ?

Ok I was told to feel the imrc cables while my car was running and after 3200 rpms I shuld feel them pulsing, nothing at all. So I am wondering if the guy that did the install on the car didnt wire them in? But where does the power come from to run them? I am going to buy a chiltons manual, but I was just wanting to make sure this wasnt a simple fix.

Yeah i wanted to do the 3200 test to but i dont know what to watch for can someone post pics???

Just start the car, and rev the engine from under the hood. At one point you will see two cables that are behind the engine jerk a bit. That's the IMRCs opening.
