Hey guys I have a 96 mustang cobra, and I have gotten this p1519 code once before (IMRC bank 1 stuck closed/open) I sea foamed it and its been gone until now...And ford stopped making imrc's and the acculator, what should I do? And is there a place on long Island that can fix this?

You probably don't need to replace anything. Just open it up and clean those IMRCs. If seafoamed helped out, then nothing is broken. They are just all gummed up imo.
