instaled imrc delate plates today. The plates have no butterflies in them. I pulled the imrc controller out. The job was straight forward. The intake seemed to go back together easy, no lose wires, hoses, or extra bolts. However the car will not start, no fuel. It blew a main 20 amp fuse, changed it, blew again as soon as I hit the key. Fuel pump not tuning on.

Any thoughts???

Thanks
Jeremy

if you go with the deletes you will need to get a chip burned to tell your computer that the IMRC plates are gone...if not, you will throw an MIL and the computer will pull a lot of timing and it won't run right...

or install a relay and resistors in place of the controller to trick the ecu.

See these 2 treads, very helpful

Did you remove your fuel rails when you deleted the IMRC's? Is it possible you didnt connect something?

I went through the same thing, luckily I caught it before I put everything back together. For those attempting to clean or delete your IMRC's, pay close attention! Make sure everything goes back together right.
