Ive searched and found alot of stuff on the IMRC plates but nothing about the problems im having. I just did the MMR delete plates an got it all done last night. Well now that i go to start it and it runs terrible. Its missing and stumbling and wont even stay running unless i give it about half throttle. I dont know what the deal is. I have sct x cal and i dont know if its all in tuning or what. Ive triple checked all my connections and vacuum lines and everything seems to be in place. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Pull the codes.
I know this is older and Im not sure if you fixed it...but I had similar issues and my problem was I had spark plug wires on wrong cylendars.
