ignition stutter

I have a 2003 Cobra with 60K miles. When I go to start the car it stutters, sometimes to the point where It seems like it won't turn over. I figured after 60K miles I would need to buy some new spark plugs. Any other problems this could be?

Is it possible your starter might be going bad or you don't have a good connection on both your battery posts? Every once in awhile I have to pop my hood and wiggle my positive battery a little bit to get it to even turn over even though I already have power to the dome lights and radio.
