ignition problem

on my 93 lx when I start the car my ignition sticks for a few seconds. I already change out the starter. Any idea on what it could be? Any info would be great. Thanks

it keeps cranking after you turn the key back?

changed out the solenoid and it's still doing the same thing. Any other idea what it could be?
