Has anyone had this issue with the trim ring around the ignition cylinder on their car? I have been living in an extremely hot environment for the past two years here in California and it seems the ring has dry rotted and eventually just chipped away. Does anyone know what to do about this? I'm unsure if its part of the center column, the cylinder or its an independent piece. Of course, I'd like to replace it.
