I have like 7 fossil watches

Save 149k, and I have a watch I can wear for every single day of the week.

how do you guys justify spending over $1000 just on a watch?

yea, they look good, but they all do the same exact thing.

Simple, I prefer to have something that will last for a long time, and has a reputable warranty.

I agree, I had a hard time buying my last one at $350, however I do get a chit load of compliments on it.

I have a ton of money wrapped up in watches. I have collected them over the years. I now have 13. To me it is no difference then buying TF or CCW's over keeping your stock cobra wheels or buying some replicas. It is my jewelry. I don't wear any other jewelry except my dog tags. I will spend $200 or $2000 as long as I like it.

Because then you can discuss it around mere mortals that can't afford them and seem like a very refined intelligent person.

I've got a citizen that I bought about 6 years ago and its been banged on/dropped/scratched and watered god knows how many times and still works... But it doesn't scream out to everyone, "hey everybody look at how much money I have!".
