Whould someone please tell me where the IAC is located and has anyone who has ever had any idiling issues cleaned the IAC and had it fix the problem? Thanks!

Yes it normally fixes idle issues, but not always.
Front drivers side of the intake, Round cylinder looking thing on a diamond shaped flange thing held on by 2 small bolts.
Has a plug going into the back of it at an angle with a couple wires.

Just for the record, I've been having kinda poor idle issues off and on for a few months now. I clean the IAC every so often. and the idle would be fine. Well, recently i got off the highway and my idle was stuck at 2000 RPM's.
I told myself "that's it" and I bought a new one. Bought it from napa for $75. mu cars idles PERFECTLY now. no joke.
