Idle adjustment with SCT tuner

Hey guys, so my car has been dying after I do a wot pull, the idle will jumps around a lot and than dies, but regular driving its fine. So I went through my tuner today and saw I can adjust my idle, so my question is what is the difference between
Idle DRV and Idle NUT. And would this help my issue?

Those are the adjustments for idle in gear and idle in neutral. If you have a manual you don't need to worry about idle speed in drive. It sounds more like a dashpot decay issue. Have you talked to your tuner?
